Second Print Run
As you may have noticed, our supplies of the Against the Darkmaster Core Rules are running low. While we’ve still got a handful of copies left in our Canadian and European warehouses, we’re completely sold out in the rest of the world. So while we were celebrating the ever-growing army of heroes joining our side in the fight Against the Darkmaster, our hard-working Redcaps were busy working on a second print run. And not a simple copy of the first run, mind you! But an updated version of the Core Rules, including all the corrections gathered in the Errata Document, as well as some “quality of life” improvements.
As to when these new copies will be ready, for now, the only answer we have is a “at some point in 2022”. Unfortunately, the current global supply chain crisis is causing delays and disruptions in every industry, and TTRPGs are no exception. To mitigate its impact, we’ve moved from our previous printer to a US-based one, but still, there’s no way of completely getting around this and some delays are expected.
On the plus side, we’re using all this extra time to revise and polish the document even more! And remember that all changes and corrections we made will also be included in the latest PDF version of the Core Rules, which is freely available to all those who already bought the book (just login into your DrivethruRPG account, and the new file should be waiting for you).
But this isn’t the only project in our pipeline!

The Wheel Turns

Greetings, mighty heroes, and well met again.
It seems only yesterday that we started this long journey together, and yet almost one year and a half have passed since we launched the Kickstarter.
Much has changed since that fateful day and, thanks to your efforts, our dream has become a reality.
This will be our last monthly update. We may post some other occasional updates in the future if we’ve something new related to this Kickstarter to say, but besides that, we feel this campaign page has served its purpose and that it’s time to move forward to our next destination.
So, this is a goodbye for now, but don’t leave just yet! We’ve still got a few news to report that we think you’ll find interesting.
Shipping
All rewards have been shipped, with the exception of those of our Canadian backers, that have suffered from some delay and should arrive at the Canadian fulfillment center (and from there to your homes) in a few days. If you are experiencing any trouble with shipping, please contact us at [email protected] (please don’t leave a message here on KS, since we won’t be checking it regularly and you might end up waiting for a long time before receiving a reply). Please also keep in mind that USPS is currently having some troubles with delivery and that your package may thus be delayed or appear to be “stuck” in transit. Unfortunately, the only solution in these cases is just to be patient and keep waiting, as USPS works through their backlog of mail. Rest assured, however, that your rewards will be delivered.

Our online store is officially open! You can now visit https://www.vsdarkmaster.com/shop/ to fulfill all your Against the Darkmaster needs. Please be advised that we’re still struggling to service some countries around the world, but we’re working to constantly expand the list of countries we ship to.
Future Projects
This may be the end of the Kickstarter campaign, but our fight Against the Darkmaster has just begun. We plan to support the game for years to come, and we’ve got several exciting projects coming up. Starting with two brand new adventures that will test your heroic mettle! The first one, The Silence of Dawnfell, written by Scott Malthouse, will be released this spring and will be followed by Legacy of Blood by Jonathan Hicks, later this year.

Shipping Update
We’re glad to communicate that, despite some hiccups, shipping is proceeding well. Europe and UK copies are all out for delivery, while the remaining rewards are due to reach the US fulfillment center next week. As usual, we’ll keep you posted on the progress in the next monthly update!
Digital Stretch Goals
All your digital Stretch Goals are ready to be collected! These include the “Visions of Annwn” digital wallpapers pack, the “Citadel Beyond the North Wind” adventure conversion, and “The Cauldron”, an original extended encounter created exclusively for this Kickstarter. You should receive a notification email from Backerkit, telling you that you have new digital content available on your account. If you didn’t receive the email, try logging in on your Backerkit account (using the same email address you used to complete our survey): you’ll be able to claim your rewards just by clicking on the “Get Your Digital Downloads” button.
